Sea Assault Difficulty Settings

Back to doing some cocoa touch programming. An issue has been raised to my attention that the Sea Assault game is too difficult. So, I've added in difficulty settings that adjust enemy behavior and the number of missiles the player initially starts with. Mellows the game out. Also, I added a column to the scores table that shows the difficulty level. In retrospect, it was a good decision to use Cocoa Touch for the user interface. In previous games, I had made custom user interfaces which was a mistake.
