Astroidica Tips
| I press play and the game does not start. Is there a problem? |
| Make sure the progress bar below the play button is not loading. When loading of audio and models is complete, the progress bar will disappear and you will be able to play. |
| How do I fire? |
| Press the red button at the bottom of the screen or touch the ship in the center of the screen to cause it to fire the laser. To repeat firing, keep your finger pressed. |
| How do I avoid getting lost during game play? |
| Travel towards the light. The star is the center of the game world. You can see the position of the sun as the yellow icon in the map grid on the lower left of the game screen. |
| What is the camera tracking feature? |
| As the player moves, the camera will slowly move behind the player. |
| How do I control the ship with the accelerometer on? |
| When the accelerometer is turned on, you can turn counterclockwise by tilting the device to the left. Tilting the device right will turn the ship clockwise. Make sure the device is parallel to the ground with the screen faced up. If the device is not oriented correctly, tilting the phone might produce unexpected turning behavior. |
| How do I control the ship with the accelerometer turned off? |
| Touching the screen on the left will cause the ship to turn left. Touching the screen on the right will cause the ship to turn right. |
| How do I teleport? |
| Tapping the radar grid will cause the ship to teleport to a random location close by. There is a possibility that the ship will teleport into an object which results in the ships destruction. |
Uninstallation
| Press down on the app icon until the icon starts to jiggle. |
| Tap the "x" above the app icon. The icon should disappear. |
| Press the iPhones main button to leave the uninstall mode. |
